The GYM Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week! staffed HOURS ARE MONDAY - THURSDAY 12 - 6 p.m. OR CALL C.J. OR CHRIS TO SET AN APPOINTMENT.

Gym Membership is $49.00 month to month on our EFT (automatic payment) system. 0 Enrollment Fees, 0 Contracts

Optional membership without EFT is $60 for 1 month, Call 363-4967 for more information.

Individual training

You're a lone wolf. A workout renegade. We understand and that's why The Gym has so many individual workout options available. Wanna throw the kettlebells around? No problem. Feeling like a quick 5-miler on the treadmill? You chart your fitness course. We'll be your compass!
